Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.
However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.
- Product is defective or unfit for consumption.
Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the specified return period
Refunds
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Replacement Policy
We may offer a replacement instead of a refund in cases where:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product was defective at the time of delivery.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the specified processing period:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider or bank.
- Contact our support team for assistance.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error, damaged goods, or incorrect delivery, the return shipping cost will be borne by Varsha Agro Products.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in other approved cases.
